Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 small apple, chopped
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4-6 ice cubes
Directions
- Combine 1 cup almond milk, 1 apple, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 2 teaspoons honey (if using), 1 teaspoon vanilla, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon and 4 to 6 ice cubes in a blender. Puree until smooth.
