Artichoke and Shrimp Alfredo Pizza

Creamy Alfredo sauce meets tender shrimp and marinated artichokes on a golden crust. This gourmet seafood pizza offers a rich, savory taste perfect for a dinner that feels fancy but is easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound uncooked large shrimp,
  • peeled and deveined
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • flakes
  • 1 (12 inch) prebaked pizza crust
  • 3/4 cup bertolli® creamy alfredo
  • sauce
  • 1 (14 ounce) jar marinated
  • artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped drained
  • sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
  • cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Heat olive oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and
  3. cook shrimp with red pepper flakes, turning once, 2 minutes or until
  4. shrimp turn pink.
  5. Arrange pizza crust on ungreased baking sheet. Evenly top with 1/2
  6. cup sauce, then artichokes, tomatoes and cooked shrimp. Top with
  7. remaining sauce, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake 12 minutes or
  8. until cheese is melted.
