Asian Tomato Beef

Beef simmered with tomatoes, soy sauce, and Asian spices. A savory, slow-cooked dish with unique flavor perfect over rice or noodles.

Ingredients

  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans campbell'sВ® condensed tomato soup
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (3 pound) boneless beef round steak, cut into strips
  • 6 cups broccoli flowerets hot cooked rice

Directions

  1. Stir the soup, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper and beef in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours* or until the beef is fork- tender.
  3. Stir in the broccoli. Increase the heat to HIGH. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the broccoli is tender-crisp. Serve the beef mixture with the rice.
