Chicken and Stir-Fry Vegetable Pizza

An Asian-inspired pizza topped with stir-fried veggies, chicken, and soy-based sauce over a thin crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's®
  • condensed cream of mushroom
  • soup (regular, 98% fat free or
  • 25% less sodium)
  • 1 (12 inch) italian bread shell
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cups frozen vegetables
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated
  • cooked chicken strips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • dried oregano leaves or crushed
  • red pepper

Directions

  1. Spread soup over shell to within 1/4 inch of edge. Bake at 450
  2. degrees F. for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in skillet. Add vegetables and garlic and cook until tendercrisp.
  4. Spoon vegetables on pizza. Top with chicken and cheese. Sprinkle
  5. with oregano. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
