Chicken and Stir-Fry Vegetable Pizza
An Asian-inspired pizza topped with stir-fried veggies, chicken, and soy-based sauce over a thin crust.

Ingredients
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's®
- condensed cream of mushroom
- soup (regular, 98% fat free or
- 25% less sodium)
- 1 (12 inch) italian bread shell
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cups frozen vegetables
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated
- cooked chicken strips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- dried oregano leaves or crushed
- red pepper
Directions
- Spread soup over shell to within 1/4 inch of edge. Bake at 450
- degrees F. for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in skillet. Add vegetables and garlic and cook until tendercrisp.
- Spoon vegetables on pizza. Top with chicken and cheese. Sprinkle
- with oregano. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
