- 1 banana, frozen
- ½ cup cooked red lentils
- ½ cup nonfat milk
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
Directions
- Combine banana, lentils, milk, cocoa and syrup in a blender. Puree until smooth.
