Ham N Egg Pizza

A breakfast pizza with diced ham, eggs, and cheese on a biscuit or pizza dough base—great for brunch gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated
  • crescent rolls
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups finely chopped fully
  • cooked ham
  • 1 cup frozen shredded hash
  • brown potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
  • cheese

Directions

  1. Unroll crescent roll dough and place on an ungreased 12-in. pizza
  2. pan. Press onto the bottom and 1/4 in. up the sides, sealing seams
  3. and perforations. Bake at 375 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat eggs, milk and pepper. Sprinkle ham,
  5. hash browns and cheddar cheese over crust. Carefully pour egg
  6. mixture over cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 25-30
  7. minutes or until eggs are completely set.
