Lemon Blueberry Pizza

A dessert pizza with zesty lemon cream and sweet blueberries on a sugar cookie crust — refreshing and bright, ideal for spring or summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated
  • sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream
  • cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 (6 ounce) container lemon
  • yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • press cookie dough onto an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. bake at
  • 350 degrees f for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. cool on a
  • wire rack.

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth;
  2. stir in yogurt. Spread over crust to within 1/2 in. of edges. Sprinkle
  3. with blueberries. Cut into wedges. Refrigerate leftovers.
