Matzo Pizzas

Crispy matzo crackers used as the crust, topped with sauce and cheese—perfect for Passover or a low-carb option.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ragu® old world style®
  • pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Line baking sheet with aluminum
  2. foil.
  3. Place matzos on prepared baking sheet. Evenly spoon Ragu® Old
  4. World Style® Pasta Sauce onto matzos, then top with cheese.
  5. Bake 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
