Pork and Bean Salad I

A cold salad of shredded pork, beans, and vegetables in a tangy dressing. Great for picnics.

Ingredients

  • 1 (28 ounce) can baked beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup dill pickle relish
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions

  1. In a serving bowl, mix together the rinsed beans, onion, relish, and mayonnaise. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
