Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) container fat-free strawberry yogurt
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 ½ cups fresh sliced strawberries
- ½ cup fresh red raspberries
- 1 cup small ice cubes or crushed ice
Directions
- In a blender, combine yogurt, milk, and fruit. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Add ice; cover and blend until almost smooth.
