Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases of kitchen and garden products made through our website at Foodsnots.com.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
  • Some items, such as clearance or final sale products, may not be eligible.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in original condition or returned after 30 days (at our discretion).

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@foodsnots.com with your order details and a photo (if applicable). We’ll assist you with the next steps.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Opened or used kitchenware (e.g., knives, food containers)
  • Live plants or perishable garden items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards or digital products (if offered)
Please check product listings for specific return notes before purchase.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before they are shipped, whichever comes first.
To cancel an order, email us immediately at orders@foodsnots.com with your order number.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Include a clear photo and your order number in your message.
We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the situation.

7. Shipping & Return Address

We will provide the return address via email upon approving your return request. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as they may not be processed correctly.
